At Radhe Krishna Graphic & Studio, we provide secure and convenient payment options for all customers. This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted, processed, and managed for orders placed through our website, mobile application, WhatsApp, or any other sales channel.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available)

All payments must be made in full or as per applicable payment terms at the time of order confirmation.

2. Payment Terms

a) Full Payment

For most orders, especially customized products, 100% advance payment is required before order processing begins.

b) Partial Payment

For selected bulk/custom orders, we may allow:

Partial advance payment

Remaining balance before dispatch

Partial payment is allowed only when explicitly approved by our team.

c) Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on selected products and locations only.

For COD orders:

Additional COD charges may apply

Order confirmation via phone/OTP may be required

COD may not be available for customized products

We reserve the right to disable COD for any customer/order.

3. Payment Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed only after:

Successful payment completion

Payment verification

Order details confirmation

If payment is pending, failed, or incomplete, the order will not be processed.

Customers must share payment proof (screenshot/reference ID) when requested for manual verification.

4. Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment is deducted but order is not confirmed:

Please wait up to 30 minutes

If payment is still not updated, contact us with:

Transaction ID / UTR number

Registered mobile number

We will verify the payment and update your order status.

5. Payment Security

We use secure and trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and Cashfree.

Your payment details are processed securely

We do not store complete card or banking details

Transactions are encrypted and protected by payment providers

Customers are advised not to share OTP, CVV, PIN, or banking passwords with anyone.

6. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in INR (₹)

Prices may change without prior notice

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees may be added at checkout

Final payable amount will be shown before payment confirmation.

7. Invoice & Billing

Customers will receive:

Order confirmation

Payment confirmation

Invoice / receipt (digital or printed)

Customers must provide correct billing details while placing the order.
