At Radhe Krishna Graphic & Studio, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide high-quality customized products and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy
Since many of our products are customized and made-to-order, returns and refunds are subject to specific conditions.
By placing an order with Radhe Krishna Graphic & Studio, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
You received a damaged product
You received a wrong item
You received a product with a manufacturing defect
The product is significantly different from what was ordered
To be eligible for a return:
You must request the return within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide clear photos/videos of the issue
The product must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized / personalized products (unless damaged or incorrect)
Digital products / design files
Products approved by customer before printing/production
Minor color variation due to screen/display differences
Orders placed with incorrect details provided by customer
Change of mind after order confirmation
Because customized products are made specially for each customer, returns are generally not accepted unless the mistake is from our side.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
The order is cancelled by us
The product is unavailable after payment
The returned item is approved after inspection
A duplicate payment was made
Payment was deducted but order was not confirmed
Refunds will not be issued for:
Customer change of mind
Delay caused by courier partners
Incorrect address or phone number provided by customer
Rejection of order at delivery (for valid shipped order)
Minor design or color differences
5. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled only before production starts
Once customization/design/printing has started, cancellation is not allowed
Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of applicable charges
Order Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Payment issues
Incomplete customer information
Unserviceable delivery location
Technical or operational issues
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5â7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
In COD orders, refund may be processed via UPI / Bank Transfer
Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider or bank.
7. Return Process
To request a return/refund:

8. Replacement Policy
We may offer a replacement instead of refund in cases of:
Damaged item
